The hotel's location is perfect, overlooking Cavill Ave without the noise of the main strip, right next to the beach, and above a shopping centre with a supermarket. The rooms were spacious, although a bit outdated, and there was a stale smell in the bathroom and laundry. The staff were friendly and helpful, recommending car hire as a money-saving option. The dining options were convenient and offered lovely views. However, the cleanliness of the rooms could be improved, with issues like hairs in the drains.

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The location was fantastic, right in the heart of Surfers Paradise, with spacious apartments and a magical view over the beach. The rooms, although fully equipped, felt a little dated. The service was friendly and responsive, but could have been more proactive in handling issues like changing apartments. The dining options were convenient, but it would have been nicer if they were more varied.

After my long flight from the UK, checking into the room was a letdown as it felt very dated, far from the advertised photos. However, the view was sensational, overlooking both Tweed Heads and the Hinterlands, making me feel truly spoiled.
